Emma Needell ’11 was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, an annual celebration of young entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders. She is a screenwriter, producer, and director.

Reecha Pandya MS ’16 received a STEP Ahead Emerging Leaders Award from the National Association of Manufacturers’ Manufacturing Institute, which recognizes the accomplishments of outstanding female leaders in the field. Pandya is a new product introduction engineer at Abbott Point of Care.

Nhan Tran PhD ’11 received a U.S. Department of Energy Early Career Research Award for deep-learning acceleration of the boosted Higgs program and HEP computing. Tran is a Wilson Fellow at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.
