On April 20, more than 200 donors, Johns Hopkins leaders, filmmakers, students, and civic leaders celebrated the opening of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Parkway. A joint venture between Johns Hopkins and the Maryland Film Festival, the 102-year old renovated building will serve as a permanent home for the festival and also has screening rooms and classrooms for use by the Krieger School’s film and media studies students.
